Terms of Use

We are not a healthcare provider or doctor or hospital. We are just an online healthcare platform aiming at providing information and helping the patient to know their options. You understand and agree that any interaction and associated issue with the doctors/surgeons or the hospitals on the platform including the medical outcomes and service issues, is strictly between you and the doctors and/or hospitals. You shall not hold Hinfoways responsible for any such interactions and associated issues. Hinfoways is not involved in the providing any medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any outcome/communication/transaction between you and the healthcare service provider or doctor or hospital that you interact with. If you decide or choose to engage with a healthcare provider /doctor and/hospital to provide medical services to you then you do so at your own risk.
Hinfoways is only an intermediary offering its platform to facilitate the communication/transactions between Healthcare Service Providers and Consumer/Customer/Patient/User/Buyer and, based on the type of service availed or category of transaction made, Hinfoways will be charging a service fee for the facilitation and providing various other services. Hinfoways shall neither be responsible nor liable to mediate or resolve any disputes or disagreements on the medical opinion, cost of treatment or treatment packages, consultation fees and any communication that happens between the Consumer/Customer/Buyer/User and the Healthcare Service Providers or the Hospitals; and both Healthcare Service Provider or Hospital and the Consumer/Patient/Customer/Buyer/User shall settle all such disputes without involving Hinfoways in any manner.
This platform is for information purpose only and hence not intended to be used to treat a medical emergency or any medical condition. For medical concerns, including decisions about use of medicines and other treatments, you shall always consult your doctor/physician or other, qualified healthcare professional. In serious cases, you shall seek immediate assistance from a qualified emergency personnel/center. Further you understand and accept that Hinfoways will provide you with lists and/or profile of hospitals and doctors and health care providers who may be qualified and suitable to offer and deliver the healthcare services that you are seeking based on information such as area of treatment, specialty and geographical location that you provide to Hinfoways.
For certain specific services, Hinfoways may chose a surgeon/doctor or health care service provider on your behalf based on the nature of services that you request and on the surgeon/doctor or health care provider who would be available to provide you with the clinical services for the same. Please note that Hinfoways does not recommend or endorse any surgeon/doctor or health care provider mentioned or listed on the platform. Also, Hinfoways does not make any representations or warranties with respect to these surgeons/doctors or health care providers or the quality of the healthcare services that they may provide. Hinfoways shall not be liable for any reason whatsoever for the services provided by the hospital or health care professional or surgeon/doctor, and we bear no liability for the consequences and/or experiences that you may have while using their System or Services.
