For us patients come first and hence everything that we do revolves around creating value for the patients. In this section we have tried to explain our privacy policy and help you to understand how we collect, use and protect the information that you share with us.
2. We committed to respecting the privacy of our patients, customers, visitors and other users of Hinfoways and other related digital services portal, websites and mobile applications provided by Hinfoways and on/in which this privacy policy is posted or referenced.

Further the information and medical reports thus provided by you will be scrutinized by the internal team at Hinfoways before passing it to the surgeons/doctors or hospitals either selected by you or by us (in case you are not able to make a choice).
6. When you submit a query or contact form, we collect your name, email address, IP address, browser details, phone number and country so that we can correspond with you. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your name, IP address and your email address as provided by you so that we can correspond with you. Your personal data will not only be stored in the website’s database but also with third party application that we may use to send our newsletters and campaign.
7. We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site and Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data.
8. We use GDPR compliant third-party application for our newsletter and campaigns. In these third-party applications, we only store your email address and when provide your name. We may send you emails about our services and other information.
